How do I know what size to order?

We know that for our customers to buy a clothing item online we need to provide you with as much confidence as possible about the size for you. We have not developed a generic sizing guide. Rather, in recognition of the individual styling of our jackets, we have provided a sizing guide for each jacket based on the grading charts used by the manufacturers. As with all online clothing purchases, it is imperative that you know your measurements and fit them within the guides provided, rather than relying on what may be your ‘usual size’. We have adopted the labels of ‘S – XL’ and again to build confidence we have provided an international sizing conversion chart here.  We emphasise again that it is imperative to know your measurements and fit them within the guides for James&Co jackets.

Where are James&Co products made?

James&Co products are currently manufactured in Pakistan under a Supplier Code of Conduct. The factory where the goods are manufactured complies with all local labour laws and follow ethical work practices.

What are James&Co products made from?

The external fabric is 100% synthetic leather which is generically referred to as polyurethane or ‘PU’. 100% polyester is used for the lining of jackets and small bags, and 100% cotton for the lining of larger bags. Cotton is used on the larger bags because of greater durability. The PU does not contain any hazardous or harmful chemicals. The fabric is very similar in appearance and texture to natural leather but it does not contain any animal products. Additionally, in respect of the PU in the jackets, the fabric is lighter in weight and thinner than natural leather. Shared characteristics of the PU in the jackets and bags are durability, ease of cleaning, water and stain resistance, breathability and low susceptibility to wrinkling.

What is the James&Co Returns & Exchange policy?
